  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Hyperbuilt did to repair the water damage. Jeff was fantastic – he thoroughly assessed the problem, explained everything clearly and honestly, and gave me a fair price. Then Misty took over and made the whole process so smooth, coordinating the dates and making sure I understood every step. The crew – Bryan, Zach, Efrain, and Gabriel – were absolutely incredible! They were so careful and meticulous, taking the time to protect everything and really paying attention to detail. Chris even stepped in to repair and clean my carpet, and he did a brilliant job. Honestly, Hyperbuilt provided a top-notch service, and I’d definitely recommend them for any water restoration or repair needs.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the way my restoration project has been handled. Since the end of January, I’ve been dealing with a frustrating lack of communication and minimal progress. Despite multiple attempts to get things resolved, including twice contacting Tim, he’s repeatedly missed returning my calls, and it feels like my concerns are being ignored. The initial work, completed on January 30th, was already substandard – the door wasn’t replaced as promised, leaving significant damage, and the trim was poorly installed. I brought these issues to my project manager, Trent, but he failed to follow up on his scheduled appointments. Now, nearly two months later, April 2nd, the problem remains unresolved. It’s unacceptable that I’ve been paying your company for this work and receiving no effective support. Given the ongoing delays and poor workmanship, I’m no longer willing to continue working with you. I’ve already informed my insurance adjuster about this situation, and I’m seeking a swift and satisfactory resolution. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with Hyperbuilt was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately positive. Moving into my new home in December 2023, we encountered a water leak in the master bathroom in April 2024, which was incredibly stressful for a first-time homeowner. However, the team was genuinely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated their expertise. The biggest issue was the extended timeline – it took nearly seven months to resolve the problem, largely due to needing to coordinate with my homeowners insurance. Thankfully, my project manager, Scott, was fantastic. He was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process, and I truly believe Hyperbuilt is lucky to have him! report abuse

  “I cannot recommend this company. My experience was incredibly disappointing. They used the absolute cheapest materials possible – the wood flooring they installed is already falling apart, and it was the wrong type altogether. Adding to the problem, during my recent remodeling, I discovered they’d installed substandard insulation, replacing my original insulation with 2x4 instead of the 2x6 I had. There were even gaps where insulation was completely missing. Honestly, it’s no surprise my electric bills skyrocketed after they worked on the house. And the cabinets they installed were also of poor quality and didn’t match the original ones. To be blunt, if you just want someone to get the job done and don’t care about the long-term quality of your home, then maybe this company would work for you. I hired them back in 2021, and the quality of their work has been consistently subpar, compounded by poor communication throughout the process.” report abuse
