  “I honestly couldn’t be happier with the shade structure JLC Enterprises built for my backyard. From the very beginning, Tim Dolan and his team were just fantastic – incredibly professional and clearly passionate about their work. There was a little hiccup with the landscaping company, which could have caused a big problem, but Tim went out of his way to fix it immediately, without any extra cost to me. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure the whole project was exactly right. The finished structure is absolutely beautiful and perfectly suits my backyard. It’s so well-made, looks fantastic, and provides the perfect amount of shade. Tim was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the process, and he even proactively suggested a different media wall that ended up being a much better fit for our needs.   “I really wanted to thank Tim and Mindi at JLC for building our new pergola. My mom had hired them a few years back to create a sunroom, and that’s what prompted me to reach out. We were looking for a way to create more shade in the backyard for the kids, and JLC seemed like a great fit. I got quotes from several companies, and JLC’s was right in the middle, but it included electric – which was a big plus. More importantly, they were just fantastic to work with. Tim and Mindi are a husband-and-wife team and were always incredibly friendly and responsive; Mindi handled most of our communication and was always quick to reply via text. They even went above and beyond when we were having pavers installed at the same time. They were able to get the footers in with very short notice, which was a huge help coordinating with the other company. Throughout the whole process, I felt like they were honest and transparent, and I never felt pressured. There was a bit of a delay due to supply chain issues, but that wasn't JLC’s fault at all. Honestly, we’re thrilled with the finished pergola – it’s beautiful, and we really appreciate their hard work and dedication!” report abuse
