“I was really surprised by the final bill. I rented a scissor lift for $195 a day, but they ended up charging me $748. It turned out there were extra delivery fees of $200 each, despite being less than three miles from their shop, and two service charges totaling $47 each. It felt like a significant overcharge.”
-
“I rented a 20kw generator, and unfortunately, it leaked diesel all over my job site, which was a huge mess. To make matters worse, one of the outlets wasn't working, making it really challenging to operate my equipment. Then, when we were returning it, we had a flat tire, and they charged us for both the tire and the service – it was a really frustrating experience, and I won’t be using this company again.”
-
“The driver was parked at Mesa Dr & Baseline and when I informed him he was blocking the entrance, he simply acknowledged it with ‘I see that’ and continued to use his phone. ”
-
“They were really focused on safety and making sure the rental equipment was handled correctly.”
-
“Honestly, if you’re a business looking for tools and equipment, you’d be much better off going with companies like United Rentals or Sun Belt Rentals – they specialize in commercial rentals and likely have a better selection and pricing for your needs. For homeowners needing tools, A to Z Rentals seems like a more suitable option.”
-
“Seriously, just steer clear of those drivers.”
-
“They’ve got a really impressive range of heavy machinery and construction equipment – you can buy or rent pretty much anything you need, and the prices are surprisingly good.”
