We chose to build at Earnhardt Ranch and were thrilled when we finally closed in early 2025. From the very start, we were really impressed with the community’s appearance, and we were particularly happy with the exceptional quality of our new home – it truly stood out compared to other builders we’d seen. Throughout the entire construction process, the team, including Joanne, Ross, Bernadette, and Ethan, were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make us feel like our home was their sole focus.   We absolutely love our new home from Blandford Homes! From the moment we started the process, we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the construction and the way they paid attention to detail. The location at Earnhardt Ranch in Chandler is fantastic, and we’ve really enjoyed becoming part of such a wonderful community. I especially want to give a huge thanks to Joanne – she was fantastic! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had all our questions answered. Ross was also a pleasure to work with – both of them made the entire process so stress-free. Seriously, everyone we encountered – from the sales team to the design studio manager to the construction management team – was professional and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. We found the perfect floor plan and elevation, and we’re thrilled with our location and the fantastic community amenities.   Overall, we’re really happy with our new home at Pioneer Crossing. It was a pretty intense experience moving in as one of the very first families, with a lot of construction going on – it was quite a change! However, the development team has been fantastic at keeping the neighborhood clean and managing the construction impact. They’ve done a really great job with the landscaping and consistently clean the streets. We’ve had a couple of minor issues and they’ve responded incredibly quickly and with such helpful, friendly service. Our sales guy, Dave, was amazing throughout the whole process and continues to be so supportive even after we’ve closed. He’s gone above and beyond to help us with small things, even when they weren't directly his responsibility, and we highly recommend him and Pioneer Crossing. report abuse
