  “We had a truly wonderful experience building our first home with Blandford Homes back in 2020. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, our builder, Terry Lents and Eric Williams at Palma Brisa, did an absolutely fantastic job and kept us on schedule. Terry was especially helpful – he was so professional, honest, and really listened to our concerns. We even caught a small issue with the color scheme during construction, and Terry patiently walked me through it. To top it off, Blandford Homes gave us an extra credit towards some home upgrades! I also want to say the warranty team is incredibly responsive and usually gets back to us within a few days. Now that we're looking for a slightly bigger home for our family, I’ve been checking out some other developments, and I’m so impressed with how much attention to detail Blandford Homes puts into their work – it’s a huge difference compared to other builders. I personally enjoy talking to the sales team – Joanne, Ross, and Terry are fantastic.   Terry and Justin Lent were absolutely fantastic to work with when we bought our new home. From the very beginning, Terry was incredibly knowledgeable about the different Blandford Homes floorplans and the whole building process – he patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the team at Red Rock. Ross and Joanne were absolutely wonderful – they were so welcoming and patient, always happy to answer our questions, even when we asked the same things repeatedly. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping us find the right property. We also really appreciated knowing Eric Williams, a familiar face we’d known for years, and he consistently made us feel incredibly comfortable. We just wish he’d been involved in the process this time around, as he wasn’t managing our particular collection. All in all, a great job done by the whole team! report abuse

Terry and Eric in the sales department at Reserve at Red Rock were incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions and making the whole process so smooth. Plus, their customer service team was fantastic – they quickly and effectively addressed any concerns I had about my new home.
