  Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying a property from this developer. I’ve lived here for over a year now and there have been so many issues with the house that were never addressed. They promised to fix everything by my one-year anniversary, and of course, they didn’t follow through. report abuse

  “We’ve been living in this house for over two and a half years, and frankly, we’re incredibly frustrated. Despite the time that’s passed, many of the promised trades haven’t even been scheduled, and the work that’s been completed is still incomplete. Communication has been a huge issue – they’re consistently unresponsive, failing to return calls, texts, or emails.   “I was really frustrated when I parked in the visitor area, but it was completely blocked by a huge dumpster and there were no homeowner spaces available.
