  • Wendy Lee

“I’d read a few concerning reviews about Woodside Homes, but I wanted to offer a different perspective. My family and I built with them at the Legends at Thunderbird and honestly, we had an amazing experience. Our supervisors, Norma and Lena, were fantastic.” report abuse

  • Kevin Dong

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying a property from this developer. I’ve lived here for over a year now and there have been so many issues with the house that were never addressed. They promised to fix everything by my one-year anniversary, and of course, they didn’t follow through. report abuse

  • Nicole Cobb

“I really loved my new home from Woodside Homes – it was a fantastic experience overall. However, I’ve been a little frustrated with how they handle follow-up after the initial build.” report abuse

  • Chloe Lynch

“We’ve been living in this house for over two and a half years, and frankly, we’re incredibly frustrated. Despite the time that’s passed, many of the promised trades haven’t even been scheduled, and the work that’s been completed is still incomplete. Communication has been a huge issue – they’re consistently unresponsive, failing to return calls, texts, or emails. It feels like they operate on their own schedule and aren’t prioritizing our needs as homeowners.” report abuse

  • Brian Soles

“Looking back at our 2021 build, it’s clear we encountered some ongoing issues. Despite assurances that cabinet parts damaged during construction or those that weren't installed properly would be addressed after closing, we’re still dealing with unresolved problems.” report abuse

  • Brandon Brennan

“Overall, my experience at Woodside Homes was fantastic. The team there clearly prioritizes customer service, and everyone I interacted with had a genuinely positive attitude and a wonderful personality. Plus, the main office and design space were really well-kept, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful.” report abuse

  • Celia Hoffman

“Overall, we’ve had a challenging experience with our new home build. While we really want to love our house, we’ve struggled with inconsistent customer service from Woodside. It’s been particularly difficult given that we’ve been living here for three years and they’ve had a lot of turnover in their customer service team.” report abuse

  • Scott C

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of that review snippet: “I wanted to share my experience with Chas Roberts Air Conditioning, as Woodside Homes chose them to install my new air conditioning system. We had a bit of an issue last year, and I’m hoping this feedback helps.” report abuse

  • S P

“I was really frustrated when I parked in the visitor area, but it was completely blocked by a huge dumpster and there were no homeowner spaces available. It felt like a ridiculous situation – a $100,000 car taped up because of the obstruction, and no one seemed to be addressing the problem.” report abuse

  • sandhya manikya

“I’m still experiencing ongoing issues with the house I purchased on July 8th, 2021. Despite assurances that these cosmetic problems – like cracks in the walls and the squeaky stairs – would be addressed, they haven’t been resolved.” report abuse
