    I’m incredibly frustrated with Simply the Best’s service. Two years ago, they installed a new unit for me and I’ve been on their monthly maintenance plan ever since, anticipating issues like the ones I’m experiencing now. This week, my system started failing to hold temperature, and when I called for service, it quickly turned into a terrible experience. The technician, Jesse, initially dismissed my concerns, claiming they couldn’t do warranty work on weekends – despite their website guaranteeing no weekend charges! He repeatedly interrupted me and escalated the situation into a shouting match. It’s baffling that a company advertising “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!” would deny service when I’m paying for a warranty and maintenance plan on a unit that’s only two years old. I’ve been trying to get someone to address this, but Jesse isn’t returning my calls, and it seems like no one cares about resolving the problem. It’s completely unacceptable that they can’t provide basic service when I'm paying for it, and frankly, I'm left feeling completely ignored and helpless. I'm looking for a solution, someone who actually wants to fix this and honor their promises. report abuse

    I’m incredibly disappointed with Simply the Best. For the past three months, my air conditioning unit has malfunctioned three times – once each weekend – and their service has been completely unacceptable. I chose them specifically because of their advertised 24/7 service, yet they repeatedly couldn't send a technician, often citing being overwhelmed with existing calls. The closest technician was always in Gilbert or Queen Creek, leading to a significant delay and, frankly, felt like a complete waste of my time. To add insult to injury, the owner even suggested I contact another company. After ten years of service with them, it’s baffling that my loyalty apparently doesn’t matter. Recently, I contacted another AC company who confirmed Simply the Best has been using substandard parts and not providing proper service. Because of this, I'm canceling my contract and will not be recommending them to anyone. I intend to share my experience with numerous consumer protection agencies, including the BBB, the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, and the Arizona Contractor Licensing Authority, as well as online platforms like Yelp and Facebook, to warn others about their poor service.     Overall, Simply the best did a fantastic job installing our Diakin system – Richard, our sales rep, really recommended a great system that’s exceeded our expectations. The equipment itself is fantastic. However, we did experience a bit of a frustrating delay with communication and follow-up appointments, taking almost three months in total. The biggest issue we had was with the installation of the REME Halo LED UV light; it should have been fitted before the ductwork was returned, but it was installed at the very end of the plenum. This ultimately caused damage to the plenum, and the light stopped working after being re-wired a couple of times. Despite these challenges, I would absolutely recommend Simply the best – they really went the extra mile to resolve some of the smaller problems we encountered. report abuse

He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered us a good price, and worked on our unit for over an hour until it was finally blowing out cool air. It was amazing!     “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The technician missed the mark entirely, failing to recognize the correct coolant type despite a very clear, large sticker on the system. They then proceeded to recommend a $1,600 repair, which was completely unfounded. Adding to the frustration, the office staff ignored my repeated calls and emails for weeks, refusing to cancel my maintenance plan. I tried to resolve the issue by simply requesting they acknowledge their error, but they wouldn’t respond. Ultimately, this has led to my bank disputing the charges and incurring further complications for them. It’s really frustrating when basic communication and responsibility are lacking.” report abuse
