  “The showroom itself was lovely, but my experience was really disappointing. The salesperson seemed completely uninterested in customers; he was sitting at his desk the entire time I was there, and I didn't get any interaction at all. I spent about fifteen minutes looking around without him even acknowledging me. I tried to politely thank him as I was leaving, but he actually responded with a rather abrupt and frustrated shout. It was a really strange and uncomfortable experience, and I’m concerned about the level of customer service.” report abuse
