  Bob Barnes did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our house and garage. I really appreciate how quickly he responded whenever we had any questions or needed something fixed – he even came out the same day when a shingle fell off three years ago!   “We were really pleased with Barnes Construction. My mom needed some shingles for her garage, which was built back in 1995 and still had the original roof, so we wanted to get a few estimates. Barnes Construction came out, took accurate measurements and provided a detailed quote that was lower than another company’s. They were incredibly professional, showed up on time, and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process. The quality of the work was fantastic – they did a truly excellent job on the roof, and when they were finished, they even cleaned up every single bit of mess, it was amazing!   “I needed to get my roof repaired after a tree fell on it, so I started looking for local contractors. Unfortunately, most of the companies I contacted were incredibly unresponsive. The one that did finally get back to me quoted me nearly double the price. Thankfully, the owner took care of the inspection and gave me a fair quote, and he did a fantastic job – it was all done quickly and properly. The crew was really excellent too.   “I was initially very impressed with this contractor – he provided a quick estimate. However, after emailing him twice and calling four times to get my questions answered and move forward with the agreement, I received absolutely no communication back. It’s completely unacceptable for a professional to ignore client inquiries like this. It was a huge waste of my time and frankly, quite frustrating.” report abuse
