  We couldn’t be happier with the work Louis Sebastian Contractor did on our patio. Franco and his crew recently repointed our blue stone patio, and the whole experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, Franco was incredibly responsive – he answered our call, scheduled a visit, and we didn’t have to wait around for a callback. He thoroughly inspected the patio, clearly explained the issues caused by age, and provided a fair and upfront estimate. What really impressed us was how meticulous and professional they were; they took great care with the repairs and left the patio spotless when they were finished.   Louis Sebastian Contractor did a fantastic job on our recent projects – we’re really pleased with the results. They expertly repaired our chimney bricks, completely replaced and expanded our driveway and patio, and built a beautiful new retaining wall. The new driveway looks amazing and drains perfectly, and they were incredibly considerate of our existing landscaping, taking extra care with our shrubs.   Franco was fantastic – he really responded quickly to my request for an estimate and it was super easy to arrange a time for both the assessment and the actual work.   I was really happy with the work Louis Sebastian Contractors did for me – the cement steps look fantastic! Franco and his team were incredibly professional, and they even went above and beyond by replanting a couple of my plants that were affected during the project.
