There was a clear miscommunication – the addresses weren’t being verified before the surveys were conducted, and the agent seemed to be using a different address than the one I provided in the email. It’s really important to double-check the details when communicating with this agent. I’m also concerned about an extra fee being added to this request, as I feel that’s unfair.”
