    “The technician himself was really professional and polite – I was very pleased with his service. However, I have to raise some serious concerns about the business practices of FHFurr. I initially called a local plumber and was unexpectedly transferred to them without any explanation. Honestly, it felt quite deceptive, and I questioned why they weren’t upfront about who they were.     Overall, my experience was pretty frustrating. The scheduling and communication here was really disorganized – my appointment, which was originally booked for 3-5 PM, had to be completely rescheduled because I was the one who called to find out. They told me about the change at 1 PM, and I hadn’t heard anything until 4 PM. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to Malik, the technician. He was fantastic! He was incredibly respectful, explained everything clearly, and really made sure I was happy with the work before he left. If you don’t need an immediate appointment and have some flexibility, this place is generally good. But if you need someone to come out quickly, I’d recommend looking for another option. report abuse

    William was fantastic – he arrived right on time for the emergency and immediately got to work assessing the situation. He quickly identified the problem with the power cable and, importantly, noticed damage to the main breaker. We contacted BG&E with all the details. Based on his thorough evaluation, we’ve agreed to install a whole house surge suppressor to prevent future issues, and William will be back today to replace the breaker for added safety. He was really helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with – a great asset to Furr! report abuse

    “William was absolutely fantastic – he really went the extra mile to get my electrical issues sorted out. It turned out to be a much more complicated problem than we initially thought, and he didn’t hesitate to put in the time and effort to fix it. He spent nearly four hours tracing the wiring, and thankfully, he was committed to seeing it through, scheduling a return visit for Saturday morning. We ended up spending a lot of time down in the basement and attic, and it was especially impressive considering he’d just returned from recovering from back problems. But in the end, we left on Saturday with all the lights working and the fridge and washer running – it was a huge relief!” report abuse
