  Francius was fantastic – really thorough and explained everything clearly, showing me exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. He didn’t just stop there though, he took the time to check out other potential issues after a complete inspection and even offered some helpful recommendations.   Alfredo is a real asset to the team, and I’ve really appreciated his performance. However, I’m concerned about the overall decline in customer service and scheduling that we’ve seen recently. Honestly, once Alfredo moves on, I’m likely to explore other options – we’ve been loyal customers for years, and that level of service shouldn’t be diminished. report abuse
