Dominique was a huge help too, adding to the great experience. It’s always a stressful situation dealing with plumbing problems, but they made it as pleasant as possible.   Bryan from Prime Plumbing did a fantastic job today getting my sewage ejector pump replaced in the basement. It had stopped working unexpectedly, and the pump had only been installed less than a year ago. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also explained that the pump and labor were covered under the one-year warranty, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I was so grateful for his hard work and honesty – he didn't try to upsell me or add any extra charges, which is exactly how it should be. Thank you so much! report abuse

  Overall, I’d give this service 3 out of 5 stars – they got the job done, but there were some significant issues that really let it down. The plumber did a good job, but I was really disappointed with how they handled the coupon I’d been offered. They refused to honor it, despite it being advertised on their website and during the appointment. It took multiple phone calls and some pushback to finally get them to accept it, and frankly, it seemed like they weren’t aware of any restrictions – the website didn’t mention anything. Additionally, I felt pressured with constant upselling, which I assume is standard company policy. It's really important to honor your promises and promotions, and clearly communicate any terms in advance. Baiting customers with offers and then changing the rules is simply not a good way to do business. Sadly, I won't be returning to this company. report abuse

  “Franklin was fantastic! He was incredibly professional, showed up right on time, and quickly diagnosed the leak. I really appreciated that he only needed to work on the affected area – he didn’t waste any time exploring other parts of the wall.
