  I had a positive first impression with the Window Nation representative who contacted me, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. They promised me a special promotion would be applied to my window installation, and it never materialized. I’ve contacted the sales rep multiple times, only to be ignored, and even spoke with customer service who abruptly hung up on me. Because of this broken promise and the complete lack of follow-up, I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be recommending Window Nation to anyone. report abuse

  Overall, things have been going really well so far. The only hiccup was when I received the work order to sign – there were two small errors that needed fixing. Luckily, I’d already specified that I wanted full grids and full screens to become half screens, and the sales guy had it clearly noted on the handwritten quote he gave me. It seems he just accidentally clicked the wrong boxes on his tablet, but it highlighted the importance of carefully reviewing any contracts before signing. Despite that little issue, I’ve agreed to proceed with the window replacement. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the whole experience. The windows themselves are fantastic quality, and the installation was done incredibly well – the team were really skilled and efficient. They were also so considerate, protecting our floors and being careful throughout the process. Our sales representative was fantastic too, incredibly helpful and easy to work with. report abuse

  Nowell was fantastic! He really knew his stuff, covering all the important details – prices, warranties, measurements, the installation process, and everything in between.   “Overall, we were really disappointed with our recent Window Nation experience. While the installation of our four front windows was completed, we had some significant concerns about the care taken during the process. Specifically, our Google Nest camera was accidentally knocked off its base and we only discovered this when reviewing footage afterward – no one informed us. We also noticed several noticeable chips and scrapes on the exterior of our home as a result of the installation, which we’ve documented with photos. It was frustrating that the clips attaching the valances to the blinds were damaged during removal, and we wish they’d taken more care, especially after the first clip broke. More concerningly, one of the technicians dropped a window onto our bedroom floor – it was a very loud thud, and it was unsettling to have someone alone on a ladder in our bedroom. We felt this situation was unprofessional and a safety concern. Additionally, we were surprised to be charged a convenience fee for using our credit card without being informed beforehand. Finally, we were uncomfortable when a technician used the bathroom in an unsanitary condition. On a positive note, we appreciated the friendliness of our initial sales person, Jimmy, and the lead technician was also pleasant.” report abuse

  I was absolutely thrilled with my new windows – they were exactly what I ordered and a huge upgrade from my old ones. From start to finish, the whole process was fantastic. The salesperson was really helpful, and the installation team was incredible! They arrived on time, got right to work, were incredibly efficient, and even cleaned up perfectly before they left.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with the service we received from WN. Our house is 35 years old, and we finally decided it was time to upgrade our windows – they were last replaced about 18 years ago. It’s amazing how much technology has improved! From start to finish, the process was fantastic. I sent an inquiry and within minutes, a staff member contacted me. Kevin K. was a real asset – so knowledgeable about WN’s products and incredibly enthusiastic. After a good discussion and getting all the measurements right, we agreed on the Potomac HP series with all the extras. We’re completely satisfied – five stars! We’re expecting the installation and cleanup to take about 6 to 8 weeks, and we’re confident WN will continue to deliver this level of quality and service.
