  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. The customer was unwilling to process a return, insisting it was a special order – which is baffling considering we received a massive pallet of stacked stone the very next day. It seems completely unreasonable to expect us to handle a return after receiving such a large shipment. Honestly, the whole situation makes me hesitant to work with them again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend buying stone directly from them.” report abuse
