He took the time to personally come out, thoroughly inspect our doors, measure everything, and explain exactly what was wrong. Brian is incredibly detail-oriented, and we immediately felt like we could trust his expertise. We’d had a really bad experience with another company who’d essentially ruined our old doors – they didn't return our hardware and left us with a very messy situation. Thankfully, Brian completely turned things around! Our new doors are beautiful, sleek, and actually work! We’re so grateful for his professionalism and the quality of his work.   “We were incredibly pleased with the work Brian and his team did repairing our bakery doors. As the original builders of Fairytale Brownies back in 2006, we knew these two rear doors – the employee entrance and the delivery doors – would eventually need attention. Arizona Door really impressed us; they sourced the exact replacement parts and, surprisingly, they were even higher quality than the originals.   “I honestly can’t say I’ve ever experienced such fantastic service from a small business like this. It’s so sad to see people drifting away from local businesses. Brian, the owner, was absolutely incredible. He took the time to really understand my door problem, patiently walking me through it over the phone and email – and amazingly, he diagnosed the issue correctly without even seeing the door in person!
