  Marcel did a fantastic job replacing my electrical box and all the new breakers. It was a huge relief – my air conditioning wasn’t working and the breaker was dangerously hot, which was really concerning.   Marcel was fantastic – really polite, honest, and professional throughout the whole experience. It turned out to be a really simple fix – we just hadn’t noticed the switch! He was even apologetic about charging a service call, which was great. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d definitely recommend him. report abuse

Worse, I didn’t even receive a single call, text, or email to let me know what happened or to reschedule. It just felt like getting a service was a huge hassle.
