  “Overall, I had a fantastic experience with AP Fire. Myles was fantastic – he was incredibly professional, responsive, and courteous in scheduling the sprinkler head replacement and fire extinguisher service. Cody, the technician who actually did the work, was also excellent. He was kind, professional, and really knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand when I asked him to ‘dumb it down.’ Thanks to both Myles and Cody, I’ll definitely be using AP Fire for all my future needs, and the pricing was very reasonable.” report abuse

  “I hired this company to look at a minor leak on my roof, and I was really disappointed with the experience. They sent two guys who charged me an exorbitant $1399 for just replacing a single clamp – it wasn’t even an emergency situation. The bill listed 15 feet of pipe and multiple clamps being replaced, but when I went to see the work, it turned out they’d only replaced one clamp. On top of that, they charged me a significant amount for materials they hadn’t used at all. I tried to discuss this with them, and they offered a small refund for the unused materials, but it didn’t address the overcharging for the labor. Honestly, the whole thing felt incredibly dishonest, and it was a very small job – probably only took an hour, max. I won’t be using this company again.” report abuse

  “I was in a really stressful situation – the main water valve for my building completely failed. I needed someone to respond immediately, and AP Fire Protection was fantastic. They sent a crew out right away and got the old valve replaced with a new one incredibly quickly. Everyone was so friendly and professional, which really put my mind at ease.
