  I went to Floor and Decor because my contractor recommended it, and I’m so glad we did! We were immediately greeted by Michele, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient and really knowledgeable about all the flooring options they had. She made the whole process of choosing and buying our new floors so easy – we really felt like we’d found a fantastic resource thanks to her. report abuse

  Cheri-Michelle was fantastic! She really went above and beyond to process my return quickly, handling four customers at once with ease. She was so helpful and even proactively handled the tiles herself to get me taken care of faster than waiting for the other team members loading trucks. A truly great employee! report abuse

  We had a fantastic experience at Floor and Decor on Bell and 59th Ave in Phoenix! From the moment we walked in, Cheri-Michelle’s warm welcome made us feel right at home. Teresa quickly understood our needs and offered a great solution for our backsplash – we were really impressed. Cheri-Michelle even helped us get samples and properly labeled them, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to both of you, we were completely ready to start our project!   I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Floor & Decor. My sister and I went to pick up travertine tile, and it was honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us. The first employee we spoke to just pointed to her name tag and said “yes” – no greeting, no offer to assist. When we explained we needed help loading the tile, she insisted on a pre-payment, then just “checked” without actually doing anything. Then the manager came out and told us to grab a cart, but we waited nearly 45 minutes for her to even pull the pallet. Eventually, she admitted an associate had forgotten to do it, and then shockingly, told us they didn’t have the exact tile we needed – even though it was sitting right there! My sister was left to load the tile herself, and then, while she was working, the whole stack collapsed on her hand, seriously injuring her thumb and hand. The manager just stood there and walked away without offering any help or even asking if she was okay. It was absolutely appalling. Even after that, we had to constantly ask for assistance, and we were repeatedly told to “just wait.” It felt like the entire staff was completely indifferent to our needs and my sister’s injury. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone else shop there. report abuse

  Davis was fantastic – truly a standout! He was incredibly patient, really knowledgeable, and professional, and he got everything I needed sorted out quickly. I was in a bit of a rush today, but he managed to complete everything in under 10 minutes. I’d highly recommend him. report abuse

  Michelle was fantastic – she really went above and beyond to show us all the options for our fireplace surround. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, even detailing the modern Schlueter edging they use now.
