It’s working perfectly now, and he even pointed out that I’d accidentally stuffed the antenna behind the cover, which was causing the weak signal.   “I’m so incredibly grateful for the fantastic service Smoky’s Garage provided – it was a complete turnaround after a really frustrating experience with another company. Thanks to Jenner’s help, I was finally able to get Smoky’s out to my place, after a lot of back-and-forth with the warranty company. The senior technician was amazing; he got everything sorted out in just 30 minutes – replacing one spring, adjusting another, and even fixing the unbroken one. They also installed a new emergency handlebar. I’ve been a customer of Smoky’s for a while now, actually – I had two springs repaired a year and a half ago, and just recently, the left one broke. They responded so quickly, and I didn't even bother with insurance because of their excellent reputation. Darren and Dylan were particularly wonderful – they were both so considerate, kind, and professional.
