  “I was so relieved when Arizona Accurate diagnosed my AC unit needed replacing – they initially came out to check it and then efficiently got me back up and running by recharging the freon. They sent someone out twice to do this, which was fantastic. The new unit is working perfectly and we’ve already noticed a huge difference during this hot Arizona summer!   “I would strongly advise against using AZ Accurate Solar & A/C. We had them install a new solar hot water heater two years ago, and immediately noticed a problem – they didn’t properly replace the base underneath, bending the existing one to fit the new unit. This has led to ongoing issues, with the heater constantly ‘dumping’ water through the relief valve, despite multiple visits and charges from them who couldn’t diagnose the problem. The owner was incredibly rude during the most recent visit, offering a completely unhelpful solution and billing us again. Furthermore, they gave us incorrect information about our other water heater, which is a separate electric unit, and their advice didn’t align with quotes we received from other plumbers. Overall, it’s been a really frustrating experience.” report abuse

Jay was incredibly helpful, walking me through the whole process and explaining everything clearly.   “I was really impressed with Arizona Accurate. Finding a solar installer willing to take on a project as unique as mine – fitting a new array into the space of my existing 20-year-old system, including the battery and control panel – was a challenge. Most installers seemed hesitant, but Arizona Accurate stepped up and got right to work, ensuring I’d qualify for the 30% tax credit. Jay and Dakota were fantastic; they’re incredibly skilled and a genuinely pleasure to have around. Because it was a new technology setup, there were a few bumps along the way and we had to revisit the site a couple of times, but they didn't give up. Ultimately, they delivered exactly what I needed, and honestly, my backup power system – which is critical for my home-based business – has been a lifesaver, especially given how unreliable the power has been in our area.   Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this company. They initially presented themselves as the experts in solar pool systems, but the whole experience was awful. The technician was consistently rude and seemed to be complaining the entire time. Ultimately, they refused to complete the work and then pressured me to pursue an insurance claim – a truly frustrating and dismissive approach. The owner’s attitude was particularly concerning, and I felt terribly let down. It’s clear they’re not running a professional business. report abuse
