  “Matthew did a thorough job inspecting our attic and pointed out that it was seriously lacking in insulation, especially considering the age of the house. We really appreciated the couple of options he presented and ultimately went with the natural polymer foam. Miguel was fantastic – he did a spotless job, leaving the whole area completely clean when he was finished. We purchased our home in 2019 and were having some ongoing issues with the upstairs getting uncomfortably hot in the summer due to the A/C running constantly. My husband contacted Miguel, and he was fantastic. He was so friendly, polite, and really took the time to understand our needs and thoroughly inspect the situation. He even let me join him on the ladder to explain everything, which I really appreciated. Miguel provided us with a couple of different quotes, and then his team was out the next day to completely insulate our attic. They really went the extra mile, not just completing the attic sealing and insulation perfectly, but also identifying several important issues that significantly improved my home’s air quality. They even recommended some excellent contractors who could get out to me quickly. Best of all, I got the best price compared to three other companies I contacted. My home is now so much cooler, and my AC unit is running far less – a huge relief!
