  “I’d really advise against buying a Clayton Homes Mesa manufactured home. We moved in our house in May of 2018, and from the very beginning, we had major issues with the air conditioning. It was constantly overcharging, tripping the breaker, and causing the lights to flicker throughout the entire house. It took them a whole month to finally get it resolved, which was a really frustrating experience.” report abuse
