  “I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had! I’ll admit, I was a bit of a whirlwind with the color changes and additions to the project, and I was really impressed that the team, especially Orlando and Michael, never once questioned my ideas or tried to steer me in a different direction. They just took my vision and executed it perfectly – meticulous, efficient, and really seemed to care about making my home look amazing. Communication was excellent, and I felt completely respected throughout the whole process.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with AZ Painting Company. They completely botched the job on my custom security door, and now it’s beyond repair. The painters simply painted over the existing security screen with silicone adhesive – without any prep work or warning about the potential issues. As a result, the door looks awful and is ruined. To add insult to injury, they’re blaming me for a problem they created! The ‘GM’ insisted the issue was pre-existing, despite the clear damage caused by their careless application. This door alone cost over a thousand dollars, and the entire painting job was rushed and poorly executed – leaving peeling paint just months later. It’s clear they lack professionalism and accountability, and frankly, they’re trying to shift the blame onto me. They sent the same painter back to argue with me on my porch, and their offer to “paint it for free” only came after I’d already fixed their mistake. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company – they’re simply not trustworthy.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Ramon and Nery did on my patio. They were fantastic – so professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. The ceiling work was particularly impressive; it was in rough shape when they started, and they transformed it completely, fixing all the nail holes and giving it a brand-new look. Honestly, it’s amazing! I’ve had some frustrating experiences with other home improvement projects, but Ramon and Nery were a breath of fresh air.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience Arizona Painting Company provided. I needed my house painted, and after seeing their work on some neighboring homes, I decided to go with them. Alfonso was fantastic – he took the time to really assess our needs, presented us with three different options, and explained everything clearly. He was genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. Throughout the whole project, he kept us updated, which I really appreciated. Juan and Susana did a truly outstanding job with the painting itself, and they were incredibly meticulous, paying close attention to every detail. It was clear they were dedicated to doing a fantastic job. And beyond the painting, Amaya handled the payment process seamlessly, and Bree was a huge help with some extra touch-up paint. Finally, Hansel, our project manager, went above and beyond, checking in regularly and sending someone out to address any small issues. Everyone was so friendly and helpful – it’s refreshing to work with a team that truly cares! I wholeheartedly recommend Arizona Painting Company. report abuse
