  Overall, Robo did a fantastic job painting our house – we were really pleased with the final result. They expertly matched the HOA colors using Dunn Edwards paint and upgraded to Stratshied EX, which we’re confident will last for years. Communication was excellent; Alex, our project manager, kept us updated regularly via text and was always available to answer our questions. The estimator, Robert, provided a detailed and accurate estimate, and they stuck to it perfectly. We felt Robo offered a much better value and a stronger reputation than the other companies we spoke with. The quality of their work was impressive – they completely prepped the house, including priming the old wood, and the painting itself was very well done, with minimal overspray. It was amazing how carefully they protected everything with tape. While it took a full three days to complete the project in the intense July heat, they still managed to finish a 3000+ sq ft home with just two workers. However, we were a little surprised that the paint swatches were significantly darker than the actual paint color – it was much lighter than we anticipated. Also, the cleanup after the project could have been a bit more thorough; there were a few small paint chips left behind from the prep work. We were able to quickly resolve this ourselves, though. We’d definitely recommend Robo – they’re a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor with a great reputation. report abuse

  Robo Painting did a fantastic job painting our entire two-story home! They expertly matched three different colors for our house and installed beautiful black iron fencing. The crew – Ivan, Nathan, and Lilly – were incredibly reliable, starting each day promptly at 8:00 am. They went above and beyond by carefully moving all our outdoor furniture out of the work area and then returning it exactly as they found it once the job was complete.   Overall, I was pretty pleased with Robo Painting – they were really responsive and the price was competitive. The job moved along surprisingly quickly, which was great. However, there were a couple of hiccups. Looking back a few weeks after they finished, the paint job looks really good, though it’s hard to fully assess the quality long-term. My biggest concern was with the garage door; they painted it while it was closed and didn’t seem to take enough precautions to avoid gluing the seal to the door, causing it to jam afterward. They did have to do a minor repair to fix that. Also, they forgot to replace an outlet cover, which I had to purchase and install myself. Finally, they accidentally tripped the GFI for the outside lights, taking out the switch in the process – a new switch and GFI were needed to get everything working again. report abuse

  “I recently used Robo Painting to paint my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I initially contacted Robert Mausbach after getting a great recommendation from the local Dunn Edwards store. Robert was incredibly professional and efficient – he came to my home that afternoon, carefully walked around with me, and quickly created a detailed quote using his phone and Siri’s voice-to-text assistance. Once we’d discussed everything, the quote was instantly sent to me. The job was completed by a fantastic father-and-son team, Tino and Oscar, on Monday, and the whole house was finished beautifully by Tuesday, just as we’d planned. I really appreciated their smart use of technology, their expertise in paint products, and the quality of the crew – all while keeping the price very reasonable.   “I was so relieved to find Robo Painting – honestly, I usually dread hiring contractors, but they were just fantastic. I did a ton of research, checked out reviews and Nextdoor, and Alex gave me a really thorough and competitive quote. What really impressed me was that he sent me photos of the prep work, which was super helpful since I’d never had painters working inside my home while I was still living there, and I wasn’t familiar with the spray-painting process. Once we decided to go with them, they got me scheduled quickly. David and his crew of three did an absolutely amazing job – they were professional, incredibly personable, and super meticulous. They were also incredibly considerate, splitting the work into two halves so my cats and I could still live comfortably in the house. There were a couple of small touch-ups needed after they finished, and I had to make a slight adjustment to my paint color, but Alex got the crew back out there in a day to take care of everything. Seriously, I can’t recommend Robo Painting enough – they’re the best service company I’ve ever worked with, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends!” report abuse

  I was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience – from the initial quote to the final result! Alex was fantastic; he really listened to all my concerns and was incredibly considerate, especially with my pets. He made sure to let me know every day when the crew was taking their breaks and going to lunch, which put my mind at ease. The team was also incredibly professional – they covered all my furniture that couldn’t be moved and didn’t leave a single drop of paint anywhere! To top it all off, they finished the project a day early, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were so efficient and thorough. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for excellent workmanship and fantastic communication.
