He was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We really felt comfortable having him in our home, and he handled the whole job safely and thoroughly.   “I was really impressed with Bumble Bee Plumbing – they handled a problem with my water heater quickly and efficiently. Luis Duarte diagnosed the issue and gave me a clear quote, and thankfully, they were able to easily order the necessary parts from the manufacturer. It took about a week to get them, but the team went above and beyond to keep me updated. Erin and Donna in the office were absolutely fantastic; they constantly checked in with me, letting me know when the parts were expected to arrive and reassuring me they could get a technician out the same day. And they delivered! Victor Torres arrived within 80 minutes on the Friday before Easter – incredible timing – and had my water heater back in working order in just 90 minutes. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and even showed us how to flush the system.   “I was really impressed with the customer service – it was by far the fastest I’ve experienced in the home service industry. I submitted a website inquiry and was called within five minutes, and had a technician scheduled within just an hour! Victor himself was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and a real pleasure to have working on my shower. My only feedback would be regarding the pricing; it’s definitely on the higher side, which is understandable considering the quality of service you receive.
