  “The technician was definitely prompt and efficient, and I appreciate that he arrived on time. While the price was reasonable, I was disappointed with the final cost – $237+ per hour felt a bit high considering the job mostly involved reprogramming the tankless water heater, which was done in an easily accessible, air-conditioned space and didn’t require any new parts. I’d previously had a different plumber do similar work, and this felt significantly more expensive. I also felt he was a little insensitive, given that I was traveling and he seemed to be taking advantage of my situation; his communication was quite rude in text messages. I’m happy to provide feedback to others who might be considering his services.” report abuse

  “Jack was fantastic! My boyfriend and I recently moved into an older house and knew there would be some repairs needed. He took care of installing a new toilet in our master bedroom and was incredibly professional and efficient – plus, he gave us a really fair price. What really stood out was how communicative he was; he always let us know when he’d be arriving and if he needed to run out for a part, he gave us plenty of advance notice. We recently hired him again to install a waterline for our fridge, and he even went above and beyond by checking out a small leak in our garbage disposal for free!   “We were really concerned when our November power bill was so much higher than usual. We quickly realized the only thing running constantly was our water heater. When we called JMPlumbing, Jack, the owner, came out right away to investigate. He quickly identified that the problem wasn’t the water heater itself, but a small leak in one of the pipes. He even brought in a specialist with infrared equipment to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. Jack expertly rerouted the water line with new parts, and once he’d finished, the water heater was completely fine. It was amazing how he avoided suggesting a whole new water heater – his experience and thoroughness saved us a huge amount of money. Jack and his team were fantastic – friendly, honest, and incredibly professional. They were also really quick and efficient.   “Jack was fantastic! He was so responsive and really knew his stuff. We had a really old water spigot that had completely failed, and he expertly took care of the whole thing, completely replacing it and ensuring we wouldn’t have any future problems.
