  “I was really worried when a few of my roof tiles came loose and left a big gap. Finding a roofer I could trust was a big concern for me. What really impressed me was Darron – I checked out some of the negative reviews and he actually responded to defend his work, which showed a real commitment to quality and professionalism. He went above and beyond for that original customer, so I decided to call him. He was incredibly responsive, showed up within a few hours, assessed the situation and gave me a clear timeline for the repair. And to my surprise, he actually finished the job two days ahead of schedule!   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Diamond & 4 Brother’s Roofing did on my house. Darron, the owner, is a fantastic guy – really honest and you can tell he cares about doing a great job. He’s a family-owned business, and that makes a huge difference. I was particularly impressed with his integrity and work ethic. You hear a lot about contractors not following up after the initial install, but Darron and his team have been absolutely fantastic, even over a year later when we had a minor leak. They responded quickly and took care of it right away. Honestly, the price was incredibly reasonable, way less than I expected, and I really appreciate his responsiveness.   “I was so impressed with this company – they responded to my call about a roof repair and were actually able to get someone out to me the same day! It turned out to be incredibly fortunate because we had some heavy rain shortly after, and I’m so grateful they were available.   “We installed a new roof for this customer back in late 2018, and it looked fantastic initially. However, recently a pigeon abatement company identified some issues – specifically, many of the tiles were nailed down with short, inferior nails along the roof edges. Thankfully, the abatement company took care of fixing those problem areas. What’s frustrating is that this wasn’t discovered until three years later, and it raises concerns about the quality control of the original installation. The customer also noted that some of the hip and ridge stacks needed reinstallation, particularly on the second-floor gable, which was difficult to assess from the ground. It’s really disappointing to find these issues so long after the roof was completed, and it highlights the importance of careful inspection when choosing a roofing contractor.” report abuse
