  “I’d really urge anyone considering Advantagesolar to proceed with caution. The initial installation was thankfully quick, but it took over a year to actually get the system fully connected – I was calling at least once a week for months just to get updates. Communication was a huge problem; I constantly had to initiate every conversation. Now, looking back to December 2023, my system is finally online thanks to Emphase, but it’s been a really frustrating experience. The installers never connected it to our WiFi or even told us about the app we could use to monitor our power. Honestly, I should have followed up more closely, as I had no prior experience with solar systems. It felt like Advantagesolar didn’t prioritize my needs or the proper support for my system – all the communication fell entirely on me. I’d give them zero stars if I could.” report abuse
