  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. In early June, they damaged my patio glass, and while they did eventually replace it, the initial communication was terrible. I was left completely in the dark about how to file a claim for the cleanup and removal, and I bounced around trying to get information from the local manager, Michael, who wasn't particularly responsive. Overall, it felt incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend using this company.” report abuse
