Overall, A Quality HVAC provided a really positive experience. They were punctual and my service representative, Austin, was fantastic – knowledgeable, professional, and he really took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant after another company had repeatedly delayed my service, but I wasn’t disappointed at all with A Quality HVAC.

Chase was fantastic – he really took the time to explain the different filter options and why they were recommended. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood our needs. I especially appreciated how he detailed the system performance report and even showed me a video of his attic inspection. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

“Jacob did a fantastic job – he really took the time to thoroughly examine our whole plumbing system and handled a couple of quick fixes, like changing the reverse osmosis filter and clearing a blocked sink drain. We really appreciated his help! John was also great. He patiently answered all our questions about the HVAC proposal, and thankfully confirmed our system was still covered under warranty, which ultimately helped us get a better price. We’re pleased with the final agreement to replace part of the system.”

Chase did a fantastic job servicing our three HVAC systems – he came out bi-annually and was incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out some minor issues and offering helpful advice on how to improve them. He was really courteous and respectful of our home, and he was so thorough and detailed in his work. I’d definitely recommend him and their service.

Enrique and the team were really great – they were very upfront about their services. It’s good to know they don’t handle pool heat pumps, which is why I initially looked into them. I specifically asked about pool heat pumps and was initially told they did, but it’s important to double-check that information when they arrive to ensure you’re getting the most accurate details.

Enrique did a fantastic job servicing our AC units and we really appreciate his thoroughness. He not only took care of the service but also brought to our attention a couple of potential problems that could have become serious during the summer heat. We really valued his honest advice and didn’t feel any pressure to immediately schedule repairs – we authorized them promptly, and it’s great that we caught these issues before things got critical. Thanks again, Enrique, for your attention to detail and getting this done so quickly!
