He tackled my 13-year-old farmer’s sink drain issue with skill and creativity, even having to modify the drain fitting himself. He really went above and beyond to find a solution, and I was so impressed with his problem-solving approach. I’d definitely recommend him and absolutely use his services again.”

Overall, our experience with [Business Name]'s owner was pretty neutral. He was recommended by our landlord, and while he was technically skilled and accurately diagnosed and fixed the leaky faucet and bathtub issues, his constant complaining made the process frustrating. He seemed genuinely bothered by the work itself and particularly by the shower head replacement, even though we’d purchased the product. It was a bit slow going due to his grumbling, and his lengthy explanations during the shower head replacement felt a little excessive. However, he did a good job identifying the root causes of the other problems and provided helpful feedback. We did encounter a frustrating situation when he initially suggested replacing our entire sink for the leaky faucet – thankfully, our landlord stepped in and we were able to avoid that extra expense. Ultimately, he's capable, but his demeanor can be challenging. While others seem to have had positive experiences, I personally wouldn’t actively recommend him.
