Overall, our experience with Nextmodular was fantastic! We were really impressed to see pricing included right away when we started looking online. After speaking with Joel and Tim, we scheduled a visit to their factory models, and Joel was a particularly helpful and friendly young man. We ultimately chose a home we absolutely loved and worked with Joel to customize the colors and finishes. The whole process was smooth, from signing the contract to finally moving into our new home – and the price was very reasonable. We’d definitely recommend Nextmodular to anyone looking for a new home!
