“I’m incredibly disappointed with the installation process. From the start, the installer seemed to think the damage to my windows and sliding door trim was acceptable, and frankly, I was shocked to find the window itself was damaged. It took two follow-up visits to get the repairs done, and now I’m being accused of being overly critical because I rightfully expect a properly installed product. Worst of all, management has completely ignored my calls and emails. I ended up paying for a repaired window instead of a new one, and it’s really concerning that a company would act this way. It doesn’t reflect a responsible or trustworthy business.”

“Overall, we had a fantastic experience! The salesman was incredibly helpful and really knew his stuff, answering all of our questions with ease. The installation crew was also really professional and courteous. And, most importantly, the windows themselves are fantastic – our house is noticeably warmer and much quieter.”

“I was really pleased with my experience at Vinyl Sash. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and professional, and the installation of my new bay window was fantastic – they even finished ahead of schedule! I absolutely love the window.”

“I’m really pleased with the windows – Mike and Ryan were fantastic, taking care of some unexpected issues that arose and really going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I’m definitely interested in exploring further projects with them, particularly a garage window and bathroom tub remodel. However, I was a little concerned when I discovered a leak after the recent storm and I’m looking forward to speaking with Mike and Ryan again to get that resolved.”

Ryan and his team did a really thorough job getting us a quote for our new sunroom and composite deck, plus replacing all our basement windows. The pricing was competitive, and they clearly explained all our options – we even visited their showroom to see the sunroom and deck construction plans. It’s great to see a local, family-run company taking such a personal approach. We’re not quite ready to start the renovation just yet, but we’ll definitely be reaching out to Vinyl Sash when we are!

“I’ve been a Vinyl Sash Michigan customer for over 40 years, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They did window replacements and a new sliding door in both of my homes, and even built a beautiful sunroom for us – the quality of their products and the customer service were truly wonderful.”
-
“We were absolutely thrilled with the finished deck – it looks fantastic and has been getting tons of compliments from everyone in the neighborhood. The team was incredibly professional, timely, and went above and beyond our expectations with their suggestions. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future projects!”

“I’m absolutely thrilled with my new siding! The whole process was incredibly smooth – everyone, from the salesman to the team at the showroom and the installers, were so professional. Andy, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The finished result looks fantastic, and I’m very satisfied with the service.”

Okay, honestly, if you’re reading this, you need to seriously reconsider working with Vinyl Sash. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. The salespeople seem completely out of touch with how things actually get built. There were some major issues – the main beam in the ceiling wasn’t finished, and they insisted the windows could be opened in any direction, completely disregarding our preferences. Plus, the locking mechanisms were inconsistent, with some locking up and others locking down incorrectly. And the biggest problem was the roof venting – it was supposed to be a vented roof, but the soffit was sealed, preventing any hot air from escaping. It was clear they weren’t prioritizing our needs or building it correctly.

“We absolutely love our new patio cover – it’s been a lifesaver for shade during the summer evenings! Vinyl Sash did a fantastic job installing it, and it looks really beautiful on the patio.”
