  “Overall, the work itself was very well done and efficient, but the experience was unfortunately marred by a serious lack of communication and professionalism. I ended up having to constantly follow up to get basic information about the $6,000 purchase, and there was no clear documentation provided. After the installation, it was incredibly difficult to get a clear understanding of what supplies were mine and what they were responsible for cleaning up, and we had no idea how long the large dumpster would be parked on my driveway. I tried repeatedly to explain my demanding work schedule – 10-12 hour shifts with live patient care – but it seemed like no one was listening or taking notes. Despite my efforts, Bill and Dylan consistently contacted the wrong number during the process. Honestly, with a little more professional communication and a signed estimate, this would have been a 4 or 5-star experience. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to Becca in the office; she was fantastic and the only staff member who acknowledged the communication issues and the mess with the supplies blocking my driveway. If you choose to work with this company, I highly recommend requesting Becca to be involved.” report abuse

  Hunter and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof! It was getting quite old and damaged, and we were so relieved to have it taken care of so professionally.   Jim Tomaszewski did an absolutely fantastic job – he was so responsive and got the quote done incredibly quickly and at a better price than anyone else. The work was completed ahead of schedule and was done with a really high level of professionalism.   Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with this group. They were completely unresponsive – they didn’t answer my calls or return my messages, and they couldn't even manage to schedule a basic consultation, let alone any work.   I’m really disappointed with my experience with Perfectly SQ. I initially reported a leak, but it turned out to be a completely different issue – the roof wasn’t level and was causing water to pool. Despite this, the team sent to investigate didn't actually address the problem; they just seemed to question my concerns without any proper inspection. It felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional, with no clear attempt to understand or resolve the situation. Adding to the frustration, communication was non-existent – no one answered the phone or returned voicemails unless I was considering a sale. Frankly, the whole experience was like dealing with Comcast, and I can only give them one star due to the terrible customer service and lack of genuine concern. report abuse

  Mrs. Lara expressed a very positive impression of Kevin, the Home Repair canvasser. She was initially hesitant to open the door but was impressed by Kevin’s knowledge, kindness, and reassuring demeanor. She particularly praised his professionalism in inviting her in and introducing the company.   Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. After waiting three months and paying for a service that hasn’t even begun, I’ve completely lost confidence in this company. They haven’t provided a single update or a start date, and I’ve been unable to get in touch with them – phone calls go straight to a full voicemail and emails go unanswered.
