  Wayne Visbeen has been fantastic to work with on our condo remodel. From our first meeting, he really listened to what we were hoping to achieve and then immediately started sketching out some incredible initial design concepts – we were blown away! He’s incredibly creative and has a fantastic eye for detail, and he brilliantly added a third bedroom while still respecting the original charm of our space. Given our downtown location, he’s also been brilliant at maximizing every square foot.   Working with the Visbeen team was absolutely fantastic – from the very first conversation right through to the finished project. Wayne was brilliant from the start, taking the time to really understand our vision for the lake house and sketching out a detailed design in just a couple of hours. Then, Jeff Segard really stepped in to refine the design, and he was fantastic; he listened carefully, asked really insightful questions, and gave us some invaluable guidance and feedback. Throughout the whole process, they made us feel like they were completely dedicated to us, and they worked so well with our builder. It’s amazing to see how closely Wayne’s initial sketch matched the final house – but honestly, the best part is that we got exactly what we wanted!
