  Daniel and Grand Rapids Contracting did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our home! We had them install new flooring on our second floor and completely revamp our 1980s staircase – it’s now a stunning, modern space. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work, from the new posts and spindles to the steps and risers.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Daniel and his crew did for us at Arrowhill Farms. They built a beautiful pole barn and a fantastic garage (around 3000 square feet) and truly went above and beyond our expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. They were always punctual, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, and they had all the right tools. What really stood out was their ability to handle our unique project – we milled all the lumber ourselves – and they tackled every challenge with expertise and a fantastic attitude.   “Daniel and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our outdoor space! We were initially planning a three-season addition, but Daniel had a brilliant idea to remove the old sliding glass door wall, which completely transformed the project into a stunning year-round sunroom – we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. Everyone who’s seen it has commented on how beautiful it is, and even the building inspector was impressed with the quality of the addition. It was particularly remarkable that they were able to complete the work starting in November and finishing up mid-February under those challenging conditions.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience. I initially called to get an estimate and never heard back, so I booked an appointment online. When Daniel arrived for the appointment, he asked for photos instead of visiting the property himself. I sent those, but then I didn’t receive any follow-up. A week later, I still hadn’t heard anything. Unfortunately, I ended up going with another company who was much more responsive. It was a small job, but I believe a simple response would have been enough to potentially lead to more work, and I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t seem to value communication.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. I requested a quote and was told I’d get it within a week, with an update by Friday or Monday at the latest.
