“We absolutely loved our new garage from Future Steel Buildings. The quality is fantastic, it was surprisingly affordable, and we’ve been really impressed with how well it’s held up against the weather – it’s a solid investment!”
-
“We were really pleased with the whole process of buying our building through Future Buildings. Nick Rita was fantastic – he was incredibly helpful and went really above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Honestly, the customer service we received was a huge step up from our previous experiences with other building companies.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I’d really advise caution when working with this seller. They’re using a pretty high-pressure tactic – constantly talking about deals that seem too good to be true and emphasizing the need for an immediate deposit. It felt like they were trying to rush me. Honestly, I think it’s best to get a firm price and then be prepared to negotiate aggressively, even to offer a lower price. Be aware that they might not be entirely upfront, so protect yourself and don’t feel pressured to commit quickly.”

“Overall, Future Steel Buildings were fantastic to work with. They delivered quickly and reliably across a wide range of states, and the quality of the structure itself is really impressive – it’s clear they build things that are meant to last.”
-
“We were incredibly pleased with the entire experience – the customer service from the team in Michigan was fantastic, and the steel quality is truly outstanding. They were so helpful in guiding us to the ideal setup, and we really appreciate their support!”

Overall, this company has been a really positive experience for me since I started in September 2015. It’s fantastic to work for a business that still feels like a family, and they consistently deliver a high level of service and quality that you’d expect from a larger, more established company. I’ve noticed some negative online reviews, and most of them seem to be from people who used to work here or perhaps competitors trying to make a point. We’re always working to address those concerns and resolve any issues that come up.

“I was so pleased with Future Buildings – their team was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The prefabricated steel building, particularly the M Model, was even better than I’d hoped for. Really outstanding service overall!”

“I’ve been really pleased with Toro Steel Buildings – they’ve been fantastic to work with. While prices have gone up, so have the available options, and I was lucky to find a building that met my needs and had a delivery date that was actually sooner than anticipated. Everyone has been so helpful and patient, especially considering all the questions I had and the changes I requested. I truly appreciate their support and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished project!”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a building as part of a small batch, and upon receiving it the next day, I was immediately told I needed to handle the loading myself. Throughout my attempts to get the order cancelled and my deposit back, I was repeatedly given misleading information. For example, a representative named Jonathan Sojka claimed he wasn’t a salesperson, despite his LinkedIn profile clearly stating otherwise. They’ve completely stonewalled my requests for a refund, and shockingly, they never informed me that my deposit was non-refundable. I strongly advise against doing business with this company – you’re likely to be significantly let down.

“I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with my new prefab building – it’s been a fantastic experience thanks to Jacob Breckles’ excellent service. Everything was so smooth and easy!”
