  Overall, this company has been a really positive experience for me since I started in September 2015. It’s fantastic to work for a business that still feels like a family, and they consistently deliver a high level of service and quality that you’d expect from a larger, more established company. I’ve noticed some negative online reviews, and most of them seem to be from people who used to work here or perhaps competitors trying to make a point. While prices have gone up, so have the available options, and I was lucky to find a building that met my needs and had a delivery date that was actually sooner than anticipated. Everyone has been so helpful and patient, especially considering all the questions I had and the changes I requested.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a building as part of a small batch, and upon receiving it the next day, I was immediately told I needed to handle the loading myself. Throughout my attempts to get the order cancelled and my deposit back, I was repeatedly given misleading information. For example, a representative named Jonathan Sojka claimed he wasn’t a salesperson, despite his LinkedIn profile clearly stating otherwise. They’ve completely stonewalled my requests for a refund, and shockingly, they never informed me that my deposit was non-refundable. I strongly advise against doing business with this company – you’re likely to be significantly let down. report abuse
