“My first experience with this service was really disappointing. I was significantly overcharged – billed for three hours when the technician was only on-site for an hour. I didn’t receive a receipt or any invoice detailing the charges, and I had provided all the necessary information for the appointment. After questioning the extra charges, I was told someone would investigate, but it took almost 20 days and several follow-up calls with James to get a refund of $118 for the incorrect billing. Even then, I received a completely unrelated credit of $80 three weeks later, which wasn't what we had discussed. To add to the frustration, I also inquired about the cost of a battery replacement and never received a response from their battery department. Honestly, this terrible initial experience has completely lost my trust, and I won’t be returning.”

To make matters worse, they don’t seem to have basic parts in stock. It’s frustrating because I’ve heard stories of them fixing similar issues the same day, which really highlights the inconsistency in their service.”
