  Craig was fantastic to work with – truly a pleasure. He really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop on the chimney cap repair. Since I couldn't visually assess the damage myself, he proactively sent over drone photos of the issue and then provided an incredible level of detail with over 50 pictures documenting the entire repair process, right up to the finished product.   Craig and Jimmy did an absolutely fantastic job – they were so kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. When we discovered some unexpected problems during the initial repairs, Craig immediately suggested I explore an insurance claim, which thankfully covered all the costs. The rebuilt chimney is a testament to their excellent craftsmanship, and I’m really impressed. What’s even more remarkable is that Craig has continued to support me even after the job was finished, helping me with a related issue.
