My wife and I built our condo in Riverhouse back in 2012 – it was featured in the fall Parade of Homes – and we were pretty nervous as first-time homebuyers in Grand Rapids. But from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Wayne Visbeen was fantastic during the design phase, and Falcon Homes and Design Interiors really delivered on the planning and construction. Our home was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the work and finishes was outstanding. We didn’t have a single thing left on the punch list, which was amazing!
