  Overall, the Woods Builders team, especially Drew and Jonathan, did an absolutely fantastic job building our new addition. It was a 2-story, roughly 800 square foot project, and we couldn't be happier with the result. They were incredibly detail-oriented, kept us well-informed throughout the entire process, and were just all-around professional and genuinely nice people. They were really accommodating to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Drew was a pleasure to work with – he was friendly and easy to talk to, and we really enjoyed getting to know him. The quality of the addition itself is fantastic, and it’s even nicer than the rest of our house.   Overall, my experience with Woods Builders Homes Inc. was really positive. I bought my condo back in March of 2023, and while we did have a few things to work out over the year, it was thanks to their outstanding customer service that everything ultimately turned out great. Kathy was a superstar! She was incredibly responsive and always went the extra mile to address any concerns we had. Her communication was fantastic, and she really helped to make the whole process much smoother than I expected. We had a specific issue with the wainscoting in the front entrance, which had a lot of nail pops, but Woods sent a crew out and they completely fixed it – the result is perfect. And I also want to give a huge thanks to Seth, their maintenance guy; he was so helpful and friendly and always took care of everything we needed. Despite a few challenges, Woods Builders Homes Inc. genuinely cared about making sure we were happy, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home and great service.” report abuse

  Frank and Teri Miller had an absolutely fantastic experience with Woods Builders Homes. Jon, Kathy, and Seth, along with the whole team, were incredibly cooperative, always available, and genuinely friendly. They really took the time to understand exactly what they wanted for their condo, and they were very willing to work with their choices regarding colors and design.   Overall, the build went well and I’m pleased with the finished house – it’s really warm and comfortable. However, I did have some significant concerns throughout the process. I felt like there was a real disconnect between myself and the builder regarding the schedule and approach to the work. I tried to share my ideas and preferences, but they weren’t really receptive. It felt like we were operating under completely different plans. Even after the house was finished, we still had unresolved financial issues, and I never received clear answers or timelines. I constantly had to chase them for updates and information, and they never provided me with any concrete timelines for resolving these questions or for the completion of the project. Honestly, if you’re just looking for a basic build and aren’t too concerned about having input or being kept fully informed, you might be satisfied. But for me, it was important to have a collaborative approach and be involved in the decision-making process. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with Woods Builders. After two years, my floors remain completely unresolved, and frankly, it’s been a nightmare. Initially, they promised to replace my floors, but after six weeks of constant pressure, they finally set a date – only to tell me the original flooring was no longer available and they’d switch it without my approval. Throughout this entire process, communication has been atrocious. They rarely respond to calls or emails, and they consistently fail to follow through on promises. I’ve joined other homeowners on my street who’ve experienced similar issues – unresolved warranties, neglected repairs, and a general lack of responsiveness. It seems like Woods Builders has a pattern of making promises they can't keep. I've now hired a lawyer and am warning anyone considering working with them to avoid this company and their partners. report abuse
