  Travis and Andre did an absolutely fantastic job with the three light installations – one of which even needed a scaffold. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and really took the initiative to find a solution when we had a slightly more complex installation requirement.   Gavin did a great job – he was punctual, really friendly and easy to talk to, and he explained everything so clearly.   I have to say, I was incredibly pleased with Vander Hyde Services. They completely replaced our old water heaters with an on-demand unit, and it’s been working perfectly. From start to finish, the team was fantastic – knowledgeable, really responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. The installation was seamless and, great news, it passed inspection the first time around. What really stood out was the crew’s attention to detail; they even noticed some issues with previous plumbing work and took care of fixing them right then and there.   Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the service. I scheduled a furnace and water heater inspection to get my rental unit recertified, and I paid upfront for the appointment. They told me I’d be their first appointment of the day. However, they completely changed their schedule at the last minute, texting me the night before to say they’d be delayed. Then, they didn’t even check with me and just booked me for Monday without confirming it was a good time. report abuse

  Travis was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything about my electrical panel and confidently determined it was safe and working perfectly. He even patiently answered all my questions about upgrading to a 200-amp service.
