“I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. From the start, they seemed really helpful, promising that the solar panels would cover our energy needs and even generate extra credits for winter. However, after months of barely any energy production, I spoke with a representative who told me the system was only delivering 22% of our projected usage – a figure we’d never been given. It’s just unbelievable that we paid $25,000 for a $15 discount during the summer months. I’m seriously considering what my options are now.”

“I was really pleased with my experience with Blue Raven – it was completely hassle-free from beginning to end. They kept me constantly informed and the service was consistently friendly and professional. The installers were fantastic too; they were really prompt, courteous, and even seemed to adore my dog, Ogre!”

Overall, I was really pleased with my experience with Blue Rave Solar panels – I’d definitely recommend them.

I’d strongly advise against dealing with this company. They’ve repeatedly contacted me from various numbers after I’ve clearly requested they stop, and they’ve never shown any genuine interest in solar panels. It feels like harassment, and I’d recommend going with a different provider to avoid a similar experience.

“We were absolutely thrilled with the installation and the service – it really exceeded our expectations! The whole process was incredibly smooth and easy, and we especially want to give a huge thanks to Alex Martin for his excellent work.”

“Overall, the crew was fantastic – incredibly friendly, professional, and polite. The whole process ran really smoothly and seamlessly, and I was particularly impressed with how quickly it was completed, taking only about three hours. Top marks!”

“I’m generally happy with my solar system from Blue Raven, but I’ve run into a really frustrating issue. After having some new siding installed, I needed the conduit for my solar system reattached. I scheduled a service call with Blue Raven to handle this, but just the day before, I received an email saying the appointment was canceled and my warranty was voided because the siding company had loosened the conduit. I explained to Blue Raven that I wasn’t expecting the reinstallation to be covered under warranty and I was prepared to pay for the work myself – they simply refused. Despite me outlining my needs and expectations during a phone call, they still wouldn’t reinstall the conduit, which is strange considering they would have done it during a brand new installation. It’s been incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting weeks for an initial appointment, only to have it canceled at the last minute.”

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Blue Raven. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and respectful, and I really appreciated how upfront and helpful the designer was – he answered all my questions thoroughly. The installation and setup process was seamless, and I’m really pleased with the way they operate their business. I’d definitely recommend Blue Raven in Michigan based on my personal experience and what I’ve heard from others.

“I can’t recommend Blue Raven. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unprofessional. From the very beginning, communication was a nightmare – they missed our scheduled installation date without any warning, then told us the panels were backordered with no clear explanation. We spent weeks chasing updates and dealing with multiple people who didn’t seem to know what was going on. To add to the delays, they didn’t provide any guidance on when we could actually use our system, and the final installation only passed inspection after further complications. It felt like we were constantly putting out fires. What really made the situation unbearable was the lack of honesty; they initially misled us about potential earnings, and when confronted, immediately blamed us for the discrepancy. It’s clear they operate with a significant lack of transparency and accountability.”

“The installation itself went really smoothly, but unfortunately, we haven’t seen any reduction in our energy bills since switching to solar.”
