  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Maverick Pools. I hired them to update our pool equipment – we have two pools totaling 315,000 gallons – and the entire process was a major headache. We needed new chlorine feeders and, after researching options, chose Maverick Pools for supply, installation, and startup. The initial cost was around $12,000. However, because our pool season was already over when they finally arrived to install, they could only complete the installation itself. We then ordered chlorine through them, which cost about $6,000, and thankfully that delivery went smoothly. But the real problem started when we tried to get the chlorinators calibrated. It took over a month to get someone out here, and when they finally showed up, they didn’t even get the equipment working! Both our own plumbers and another pool company confirmed the installation was completely botched – the plumbing was done incorrectly, leading to poor flow and even corrosion on our pump and heater. Despite multiple calls and messages over the entire summer, including reaching out to the owner, we never received any response or support. We’re now stuck with unusable equipment and have been forced to spend hundreds of dollars a week on alternative chlorine to keep our pools running. Honestly, I can’t recommend Maverick Pools for anything beyond simple chemical orders. They were either incredibly disorganized or deliberately incompetent, and I deeply regret choosing them for this project. report abuse
