We’ve used several contractors over the last four years, and they were BY FAR the best. They were incredibly reliable, kept us constantly updated, were always professional, and their prices were fair. What really stood out was how meticulous they were; they cleaned up perfectly after each day and maintained a respectful attitude throughout the entire process.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. My wife and I hired them to waterproof our foundation while buying a house, and unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. We ended up with a $13,000 bill that didn’t fix the problem – we continued to have water issues in the crawl space and our back steps started to slope towards the house. We initially put it aside, but months later, we discovered they’d dug under our steps, failing to properly install a barrier and leaving only six inches of protection. Trying to resolve the issue ourselves was exhausting, and it became clear they hadn't done their job correctly. After countless phone calls and being bounced around to voicemail, they finally agreed to finish the work, seemingly just to get me to stop complaining. It felt like a complete disregard for our concerns and a massive waste of our time. I’d strongly advise homeowners to avoid this company – their work is clearly substandard and their customer service is completely unacceptable. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really impressed with the initial service – the team was incredibly hardworking and the price was right. They got the job done quickly, finishing within a week, and they were responsive when I needed them to come back for a follow-up. However, things unfortunately went downhill after that. We’ve now got significant issues with the quality of the work, particularly with the cracked cement that’s letting water in, broken stair treads, and oil stains from their vehicles. It’s been a month since I’ve contacted them about this, and I haven’t received any response or photos as requested. The general manager mentioned they were busy with other jobs, which just added to my frustration. Because of the lack of communication and unresolved problems, I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience and would definitely do a lot more research before hiring anyone else. report abuse
