  Jacob did a fantastic job helping us get an estimate for a new front door. He was really knowledgeable and so polite and courteous – he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in terms of quality and price. I was particularly impressed with the visual renderings he showed us; they really helped us picture the finished product.   Overall, I’ve been incredibly pleased with Pella. I’ve had them install new windows twice now, and Dustin Yoder, my sales manager, was fantastic – really knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He and his team always made sure they recommended the perfect windows for my needs. The installation crew was also great – respectful and got the job done efficiently.   I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the team at the Pella Windows and Doors Showroom in Grand Rapids for their outstanding service. Specifically, I want to commend Andrew Heiserman for his incredible support during our window selection process for our home in Grand Ledge. We ordered 19 custom-sized windows, and Andrew patiently walked me through every step, really helping me understand the process – it was a bit of a learning curve for me, but he was always there to offer guidance and make revisions to the order. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly dedicated to ensuring we got exactly what we needed. The installer is already raving about the quality of the windows and how perfectly accurate the sizing was, which speaks volumes about Andrew’s attention to detail.
