  “Overall, this was a really positive experience. The sales call was great – they were incredibly informative, didn’t pressure us at all, and everything was very straightforward regarding pricing. The installation team was fantastic. They arrived on time, worked steadily throughout the day, and you could tell they took pride in their work. They were also incredibly thorough, cleaning up perfectly inside and out. We replaced our old double-hung windows, and they look fantastic – both inside and out. The biggest difference is the silence – we can barely hear the wind! They’ve completely eliminated drafts, and the windows feel noticeably warmer, even when it’s cold outside. We’re already seeing a reduction in our heating bills, which is a really nice bonus. We haven’t needed to use the warranty yet, but it’s reassuring to know it’s a lifetime guarantee for the original owner, even for accidental damage. Considering the quality and performance, this was definitely the best value we’ve found, especially if you plan on staying in your home for a long time.” report abuse

  Overall, the experience was a bit frustrating. They were punctual and professional initially, completing the measurements and receiving a significant down payment. While their quote wasn’t the lowest, we chose them. However, we encountered some serious issues. Scheduling the installation was difficult due to our work schedules, and then they abruptly canceled the appointment with no prior notice – apparently due to a new baby. It felt incredibly unprofessional, especially considering they didn't have a backup installer available. We also worried about the windows, as the cancellation left us uncertain about the timeline and potential impact on their installation process. report abuse

  “We were really impressed with this local company – they’ve been operating in the area for a long time and you can tell they really value their customers. We had a bit of an accident – we accidentally damaged a window with the lawnmower, and they immediately stepped in to cover the repair and get it fixed quickly.   Overall, I was really pleased with the whole process. The team didn’t pressure me at all when they gave me the quote, and it was a very reasonable price – much better than I’d been getting elsewhere.
