  “I was really struggling with my pool and was about to give up when I contacted Atlantis. They were fantastic – they answered all my questions, even came out to inspect the pool, and got me everything I needed. Brady was especially helpful, explaining everything about the equipment and how to keep it running smoothly.   I was really frustrated with the lack of response regarding removing the hot tub. I contacted them several times over the course of six to seven months, providing photos of the area, but I never heard back from anyone. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since I was expecting the work to be completed before the winter arrived. report abuse

  He’s a fantastic resource – always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to hot tub care and maintenance. Plus, they seem to have the best selection of products around. report abuse

  This place really needs some work. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly poor. The older gentleman working there seemed impatient and unwilling to assist customers. Honestly, I don’t understand how it’s still open, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. report abuse
