  Honestly, we were so grateful for their help! We were trying to clear some Zoysia grass to make space for a new pool, and I definitely needed a little guidance – I managed to mess up the switch and then struggled with the height adjustment. They were so patient and didn’t make me feel silly at all, and they even brought me another machine the same day so I could get it sorted out. It was a tough job getting rid of the grass, even with the machine, but their customer service was truly awesome, and we really appreciate all their support! report abuse

  “This is a really convenient place to rent construction tools, especially if you only need them for a few days. I particularly liked their weekend deal – you can pay the standard daily rate on Saturday and keep the equipment through Monday morning, which is a fantastic value.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience. They didn’t even seem to have my reservation information, and unfortunately, the blade broke down after just an hour of use. To make matters worse, they scratched the tailgate of my truck while I was unloading the machine.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with my rental experience. The cost was a significant issue – I ended up paying $300 for a bobcat for just one day, and then an extra $120 for round-trip delivery. To make matters worse, they tacked on a $42 damage waiver and charged me $6.99 a gallon for a gas refill. It felt like a very expensive rental overall. report abuse
